Congrats on the 2 lbs. That's great. I am scared to try just one Diet Coke afraid I might get hooked. I do have iced tea though (need the cafeine!) Was it real strong tasting to you when your first went back? That stuff is addicting for sure!!!
When will you see your dh next? He's going to be shocked when he sees ya!!

Tried on a new pair of jeans Saturday and bought a size 8. Can't recall when I last wore an 8, but I was really excited about that. I'm also freaking old friends out more now. I walk up and start talking or hugging them and it's not uncommon for them to stop me and stare like "who the heck are you" or drop their jaw in disbelief. I forget some people haven't seen me in awhile so I am quick to chat and forget about introducing myself again...it's really strange, but it's been happening a lot recently. One of my son's friends asked if I was starving myself the other day...

Down a pound - I'll take it! I'm four pounds from my lowest adult weight ever. I was 180 for about 5 minutes back in 2001 on one of my last weigh****chers tries. It feels weird to be down this low again and knowing it may get even lower.

CW 162 went down to 161 on Sunday but back up to 162 this morning.
I try not to get discouraged but find I am making bad food choices...yikes somebody stop me!!!
