Loss for the week 1.2 lbs. I will take whatever the scales give for the week.
Just 4.6 lbs from the 100 lb loss mark and my original goal of 132. Although, I think I have known all along, I really want to get to around 125. Everything states my ideal weight would be 130. My doctor wants me to get to 120 before getting pregnant, if I can, because of the 10-15% regain that occurs. He said that ideally he wants me to be at 140. Hey, as long as I am in the NORMAL BMI, there is no complaining to be done by me.
My big surgery day is tomorrow. I hoping I will lose the extra 5 lbs from surgery. I don't think I really will, but at least something good ought to come out of it right?
Oh well, I will report back in sometime on Wednesday or Thursday to let you guys know the results.
Have a good week and don't have too much fun without me. I will be lying around in bed getting much needed rest and time away from my busy schedule (stress) at work.

Whew! finally lost more than a smidge this week. I think my culprit was diet sodas. I have slowly been letting them back into my life like a bad ex-boyfirend. The soda intake went up and the water intake went down. I decided to go cold turkey giving them up and in two days I dropped 2 lbs and my appetite (that had increased to the ravenous stage!) is now back to normal. I guess it is true that diet soda will increase your appetite.
I'm finding at this stage of the game it's no longer "easy". It's back to being very conscious of the decisions made regarding food, drinks, vitamins, etc. I have to be very focused now. The "free ride" is over so to speak! haha

Glad to hear you lost more than a smidge Stacy!! And I am right there with you in that it is no longer easy! I am have to really think about the food choices I make now and it is getting harder and harder to make the right ones and to get in my supplements and water. Hope you have another great week!
