Good Morning, I started a new job working with special needs students at one of our local schools. So my Mondays ( and rest of the week) are now tied up but I have today off and wanted to join in. I am losing ever so slow. Like they say though... "Slow and Steady Wins the Race." I will hit my personal goal just not as fast as I thought. Stephanie.. You are doing awesome!! ( Everyone from Jan. Board is included!!) I bet you had a big Smile when you hit the 100's. Here are my current stats: HW..232 SW..211 LW..135? CW..134 Well off to buy a new bra as I have really Deflated big time.. Congrats on you new job!! And I was most excited about hitting onderland!! I did not know what to do with myself! How far are you from your personal goal now? YOu seem really close, 134 is amazing! And I need to go and be fitted for bras soon...deflated is an understatement for mine! lol

Good Monday Morning, January Lovelies!! I feel like **** today...it's that time again . Is it wrong to wish for menopause?? I have class tonight and REALLY don't feel like sitting there for 5 hours when I feel like this. Anyway, enough whining...it doesn't change a thing. My numbers are less than stellar, but I can blame it all on water retention. These numbers should look much better by next Monday... Surgery/High: 251.5 Last Monday: 156.6 Today: 157.2 Loss: +0.6 Total Loss: 94.3 BMI: 25.3 Well, off to shower and study now....the story of my life. Have a terrrific day, ladies! ~Suz

Hi Ladies, HW: 283 SW: 275 LW: 183 TW: 182 I did a ton of walking this week and lost a pound. I was a little disappointed with the numbers, but I think maybe I'm building muscle or something. A pair of 14 jeans that I could barely zip last week fit comfortably today, so something's going right.

Doin good Stephanie .. you just got to onederland and you are almost in the 180's ,, keep it up girl you are kickin butt!! Here's my stats HW 264 SW 263 LW 155 CW 154 exactly I am so tired of bouncing around in the mid 150's for almost 2 months now! maybe I should change something if I want to see results I hope everyone has an awesome week!

Thanks Lea!! I am trying to be consistent but I tell I am really chewing way to much gum with lots of sugar lately!! I have to have co workers and friends confiscate it when they see me with it.
