Happy Weigh in day!! Here are my stats from last week: HW 327 SW 322 LW 195.6 CW 193 Lost 2.6 pounds. My average is slowing down, I was losing an average of 3 point something pounds but now my loss is usually less than 2 pounds. I will take it how ever it comes though!! Hope you have wonderful weeks this week.

You're doing great Stephanie. I'm still stuck. Working out every day. Eating around 1000 cal (too much? too little?), limiting snacking. And stuck as stuck can be. I've been bouncing around the same 2 or 3 lbs up and down for around 3-4 weeks. Today it's up and I'm really fighting discouragement. I hesitated even coming here today. Margaret

Thanks for Posting Margaret!! We all have our moments when we get stuck or even gain but we will push thru it...it maybe that you are not getting in enough calories at this stage. I cant remember who it was but someone posted a few weeks ago that they increased their caloric intake and notice they weight loss started again. Don't be discouraged and know that even when the scale does not move, you can still be losing inches!

I think that the closer we get to goal, the slower the scale moves and the more likely we are to hit stalls. I moved my calories up from 800 to 1,000 at 5/6 months, and then at 7 up to 1,100, now at 8 months to 1,200. My loss has been pretty steady all along the way. I also try to keep very active. That said...I fully anticipate a stall or plateau to hit soon, as I have never had one and I am getting very close to goal. If you are very close to your goal it may be a factor to consider. Just keep doing the right things and that scale will move when the body is ready ! Bravo for posting anyway...we can all use the support!!

Hey Margaret ... I am stuck right there with you bouncing around the same 2-3 pounds. I am so frustrated and feel defeated, all I can do is try and have faith that it is good enough, This week will be better for you just keep your head up!

Margaret, Don't give up! I've bounced up and down continuously, as have a lot of people I believe. Coming here helps me believe that I, too, can be successful... even after weeks of stalling. So hang in there, and keep plugging... after a long stall you will start losing again! Just keep working your tool And I'm right there with you on the frustrations! I'm just trying to hang in too. Thanks and prayers going up!! And you know any lose is better than a gain! I have weeks when I have big GAINS instead of small loses and that is really a stressful event...but it eventually goes in the right direction again....I think that we have all slowed down lately in our loss but as long as we keep losing it all good!

Thanks... Think I'm having my own pity party. I know in my heart of hearts the scales will start moving the way I want them to.
