Wednesday's Good Eats!!
Today was busy with dental appointments, check ups and physicals, school...ughhh...just too much!! I really wasn't terribly hungry today and had to eat yogurt and granola at midnight just to get my calories up to a decent level. And, of course, I am up really late trying to study...so I am stopping in to post this tread before I head off to sleep. Here's my damage:

B-Here is what I had yesterday
Of course I had 4 pieces of bubble gum during the day
B-Yogurt Smoothie w/ protein powder
L-Yogurt Smoothie w/ protein powder two sugar free Butterscotch candy pieces
D-4 oz turkery burger,slice of cheese, 100 calorie pack of kettle corn(which is actually 110 calories) lol and 2 oz of diced tomatoes ( i ate way more than I should have at dinner time)
Fitday totals:

Fat 43
Carbs 59
Protein 88
With the program that I use to log my food, if you enter a food not listed in their registry, they want to know the brand or brands, name of food, and all of the servings in the entire package. So, when you plug in the info...you can tell it that you only had one serving, or in my case for lunch .66 of a serving since I only ate 2/3 of a breast, out of that 6.5 pound bag with 26 servings in it. I have no idea why they want so much info...I just do what I'm told! LOL.

Here are my eats for Wednesday - I need to venture out on the food options - it seems to me that I eat the same thing all the time , esp for breakfast.
Coffee on the bus - this is a must - I need my caffine to start the day.
B - EAS protein bar - 17P
L - Salad - lettuce, cherry tomatoes, grilled chicken, blue cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries, apple slices - balsamic vinegrette - this is a big salad - i usually eat almost 1/2 and save rest for later in the day. 8P
S - cheese stick w/ pretzels - 8P
D - garlic/herb shrimp in a marinara sauce w/ 1/4 c pasta - 17P
S - low carb ice cream mixed w/ peanut butter - 8P - I had this late, right b/4 I went to bed and I noticed that I literally passed out for at least a 1/2 hour after I ate this - I have never dumped, but I know that I extemely sleepy when I have too much sugar.
