I guess I'm the first one here this a.m. Here's the damage for yesterday: B - Ezekiel toast and lf pb S - Smartforme shake L - leftover chili tamale pie topped w/ff sour cream, about 1/4 cup S - 5 apple slices and lf pb D - Chicken breast, zucchini and carrot saute in olive oil, whole grain wheat french bread (small crusty slice) with butter. S - 1/2 New Whey bullet Cal 1175, fat 47g, carb 82g, prot 95g. High on fat and carbs for the day, a little high on calories as a result. Exercise: 30 min FIRM ab sculpt - no cardio Margaret

Morning Margaret! Here is my damage for yesterday...anyone else having a hard time with temptations with all the candy laying around for halloween? Every desk here at work has some type of candy on it and I have been able to resist it (at least since last Friday lol) but boy do I miss being able to gobble all that candy away.....((sighs)) But I dont miss those size 28 pants...so they saying nothing tastes as good as being thin feels...I am agreeing with that and staying on the course to a healthier thinner me!! B-Protein Smoothie L chicken salad 6 oz, 1 tomatoe, few bites of lettuce D grilled pork chop, 2 oz spinach, 1 oz sunflower seeds only got in 40 oz of water, did not get in all my calcium nor did I take my multi vitamin yesteday 40 minutes of cardio and about 15 mins of weights Fit day Cal 947 Fat 61 Carbs 17 Protein 85

Hi - Here are my eats for tuesday...... coffee on the bus B - oikos greek yogurt w/ frozen fruit - 16P L - 5 0z - grilled salmon w/ a few bites for mashed potatoes and green beens/carrots 20P S - nuts/1 cheese stick - 15P S - ( on bus home from work) south beach protein bar - 19P D - 3 0z baked chicken breast w/ soup gravy and few peas - 10P S - 1 cheese stick w/ prtezels and a few chips - 8P All vitamins coffee/ diet cranberry juice, ice tea, water Did great w/ protein today. Of course no excercise - I wonder if I'll ever be able to get that in. Marta
