But when you look at the types of things I choose to eat...your choices are much better!! You eat less fat and higher protein items which is definitely a much better thing. And remember I am rebounding from eating way too many sweets on Friday....so hopefully it will all balance out for me! I read your postings of what you eat and think...wow she eats so healthy!! I just eat what I crave in small portions. So I need to model my meals after yours more often. and then maybe I will not binge on candy like I did last Friday too.

You know what Steph...you gotta do what ever works! You are just doing what works for you, and that's the key. I mostly seem to dole my calories out in about 200 calorie or less portions, so that ends up being a lot of little meals spread over the day. Unfortunately, or fortunately as the case may be, I tend to not be able to tolerate heavier meals and meats, so I end up kinda grazing over 6 meals or so to stay satisfied. It could backfire on me later......but for now I just eat what seems right at the time.

How does the Matrix work/taste hot? It is the Syntrax Matrix 5.0, I presume? I religiously use the Cookies & Cream but have never ventured out to other flavors. Do you have any problems with it clumping up? I love peppermint hot chocolate...so if I could feel less guilty about having it, that would be great.
