Sooo... basically I had one of those grazing days where I was constantly trying to find something to eat... because I was bored and tired, not hungry... probably also thirsty b/c I didn't drink nearly enough.
Quite bluntly I didn't add up the cals because I truly am afraid to know how bad it was!
Today ... I am trying hard to do better... and not beat myself up because of my bad day.
Good luck guys, hope you are all having a great day! Thanks for the accountability :P
Michele
I know that feeling of grazing...or at least wanting to. It's been really difficult some days to keep the food confined to scheduled mealtimes. I do notice, as you had mentioned, that I tend to eat more when I am not drinking enough water. I've really been working on that this week, too. All we can do is try to do better today...yesterday is water under the bridge. Keeping accountable is tough, but it sure does help me to keep on track more days than not.
Did NOT eat real good today... Didnt eat much but my cal were high cause of my food choices.
B- 3 bites of chicken breast
S- nada
L- 1 piece of supreme pizza
S- 2 pieces of candy (resien)
D- 1 piece of supreme pizza
S- 1 piece of candy (Again!)
S- 5 frozen grapes.
Cal. 976, fat 51, carb 98 and protein 35
YUCKY! YUCKY!
Bad choices for the day... On the go! HIGH calories and carbs.. even though I dont keep track of carbs but them are YUCKY #'s...
Love this cause it keeps me accountable... Today is a much better day!
Stacey
Yep...I've had a few of those days lately where the amount of food was not bad, but the choices were high calorie and bad news! I don't follow the carb counts, either...I tend to keep those numbers in line just by limiting the choices to low carb foods. And, you're right...staying accountable is so important.
Hey Suz:
B smoked sausage and 1 slice of snack and go cheddar cheese
L Dan light and fit carb and sugar control strawberry smoothie w/ protein powder mixed in
Dinner- went to a party and had lots of snack food
3 chicken nuggets w/ranch dressing, two cucumber slices, 1 tomatoe, 2 oz of barbeque chicken
got in all my supplements and over 80 oz of water
Much better day than Friday!!
Also, I saw those veggie bites at walmart and almost bought some..I think I am going to try them soon!
I finally bought some of your Veggie Bites Suz...I'll be trying them tomorrow. I bought the broccoli & cheese and the spinach artichoke. Hope I like them as much as you do. I need some new food in my diet. I'm getting sick of eating the same stuff all the time, and I think it's causing me to make some "not so good" choices.
