Well alot better day for me!!!
Actually thought I ate alot... but didnt. Here is goes!

L- Roast beef spread on 1 piece of wheat bread
10 baked chips
grean beans salad 1/2 c
S- 1 3oz chicken breast.. left overs
S- 3 oz. steak
1/4 c of mashed potatos
1/4 c Green beans
4 shrimp
CAN YOU BELIEVE I ATE ALL THAT FOR SUPPER??? That is ALOT!!!

Let's see if I can reconstruct....I didn't log anything in fitday. I'm fighting a nasty cold and feel like crud.
B - Protein shake
L - Chili topped w/ff cheese and sour cream
S - Granola bar
S - about 6 crackers and ff cheese
D - 3 oz grilled pork, 3 T mashed potatos, carrots and brocolli and a few bits of banana cream pie
I have no idea what the nutritional info was....I'm assuming it was ok. No workout yesterday, felt to yucky.

TGIF!!! I had an okay day. I am trying to get back into the habit of logging my food into myfitnesspal.com again...fell off of the wagon for the last few weeks and have been just writing it down. Silly...it's so much easier to let the computer do the calculations for me! DUH! Anyway, I need to change my daily goal to about 1,100 calories per day, but forgot to do it before I entered everything, so it looks like I went way over...but I really didn't . I felt lazy so I just C&P'd the day's damage:

Made me feel better, I know isnt that weird? I could have the exact same meals two days in a row and one day it will do fine the next it wont. The other night at work they had walking tacos... I ate a whole one!! That amazed me cause at all the ballgames I sat at this year I couldnt eat a whole one (yet it was a smaller bag) But still. It scared me!
I did stop myself last night at the first sign of fullness so that made me proud of myself.

Hey Stacy, Girl believe me you are not the only one. Thats how much I always eat for dinner. Im always afraid I can eat too much and I get actual hunger. But then sometimes...however rarely.... I dont want to eat and it feels wierd when I do. Today has been one of those days, but yesterday wasnt..so here's what I ate Friday.

Had lunch at school with my 6yr old daughter but it was Bfast for me
Fish sandwich minus some of the bun

1C casserole I made with ground beef, mixed vegies,crm of mushroom soup,rice and cheese

1 pk of handisnacks brand breadstix and PB (100 cal)

1/2 kashi protein bar
I recommend these too guys! They have like a crispy coating wrapped around a chocolate center. Theyre called chocolate turtle. 190 cal. 12 protein grams. I dont like too many Protein bars or drinks so finding these and the Twisted brand protein bars are great.
