What did you eat on THURSDAY?
I'm fried today....feel like I'm getting sick.
Here's the damage for yesterday:
B - Ezekiel toast and 1tsp lf pb
S - Protein shake
L - Chili topped with grated cheese and ff sour cream, 4 tortilla chips
S - Protein smoothie
S - 2 granola bars (ugh...can you tell I was having a snack attack!)
S - 5 saltines, 6 slices lf cheese
D - 1/2 chicken burrito (mostly just the insides), and 3/4 glass wine (YUM)
S - Protein smoothie
Yikes - that was a lot of food. Cal 1210, Fat 11g, Carbs 126, Prot 111g
Exercise: 30 min ab sculpt (Firm) workout.
Not a great day.

here's thursday's eats.....
B - muscle milk lite protein drink - 20p
L - salad - lettuce, tomato, cucumber, mozzerella cheese, red onion, black olives, croutons, balsamic vinegar/olive oil - not much protein in that
S - cheese stick w/ pretzels - 8P
S - soy chips w/ peanut butter - 8P
D - 1 egg foo young patty - protein 10?( eggs and pork)
S - cheese stick and cheez its ( went out w/ friends for drinks and needed something to soak up alcohol) 8P
coffee/ ice tea/ vodka maritinis

NOT A GOOD EATING DAY FOR ME...
I have NOT had a appetite, nothing tastes good... Anyone else feel this way? I have to force myself to eat. Then somedays I feel like I eat all day long. I have worked extra and I work nights and maybe that has something to do with it.
Here it goes:

S- 1 chicken breast (first time I ever ate a whole one) 3 0z.
1/4 of a baken potato
1/2 cup green beans.
S- protein shot
Cal. 409, Carbs 24, fat 3, protein 71
Not going to lose any weight with those stats.... One meal for the day!! YUCKY... that will mess with my metabolism for sure!

U Just had to ask huh?? lol I did not do so good yesterday...
B -started out good...had my protein shake
L I was at a meeting and the had steak, roasted potatoes and mixed veggies and salad...I ate the salad and tried to eat the steak but I am a well done type of girl and it was a rare so I got had a salad (1 oz) and 1 oz of steak...(I was only able to eat the edges)
So of course I am at this meeting all freakin day and they have candy at all the vendor booths...so I found me a station that had bubble gum and got me 5 big gum balls loaded with sugar and ate those between 12 and 6 pm...then I went back that night for casino night and had my dinner there
D 4 oz (maybe 5) of roast beef with cajun mustard and ranch dressing :shrugs: and they had the bite size quiche one with spinach and one with ham and eggs...I ate the inside of at least 7 of those boys
Then when I got home I found a pepper mint in my bag and I ate that!
But I did get in 116 oz of water, all my supplements too..of course I did not work out..lol
Tomorrow is a new day and I am starting there!

1/4 c. eggplant in tomato sauce with kalamata olives, mushrooms and capers
cooked cabbage ( 1/2 c)
6-7 baby carrots

1/2 a tangelo
4-5 soy crisps
notice how my snacks are usually at night? Ive always been a nighttime muncher. I gotta break that habit!!
