TUESDAY'S munchings!
Here's the damage for Tuesday:
B - Ezekiel toast, 1 tsp pb
S - Protein shake
L - chili topped w/lf cheese and ff sour cream, 1/2 ezekiel tortilla crisped up and made into chips
S - Protein smoothie
D - grilled chicken, 1 zucchini stick, 1 carrot stick dipped in a tiny bit of salad dressing, a couple of bites of pasta topped with marinara and moz. cheese.
S - Apple and pb
S - 100cal pack popcorn (didn't need this but WANTED it - while a watched the Biggest Loser - how funny is that? I overate while I watched the Biggest Loser??)
Cal 1187, Fat 24g, Carbs 98g, Prot 119g, drank all my water, took all my vitamins (upcal works very well mixed with my pb on top of my apples)
Exercise - 30 min Ab workout (the FIRM), 2 mile/30 min walk/run around a local lake.
Not a bad day...over my goal for carbs, fat was creeping up there....but not bad. Today's my liquid day.

1/2 a PB and SF jelly sandwich (wheat bread)

1 breaded and baked fish filet
1/2 c. cauliflower and cheese

protein smootie made with vanilla yogurt,
3/4 scoop vanilla protein
frozen bananna chunks
t. of davinci sf hazelnut syrup
and a sprinkle of bananna cream sf pudding mix

LOL...I was wondering if anybody would know what the heck I was talking about. Here in the south they pretty much grow wild but they cost about 4 bucks a pint in the store. Worth it tho if you can get 'em. They are kinda like a grape. They have the bronze/gold ones and the purple ones. Both the same ...yet "differant". They are really sweet and juicy. You kinda squeeze the insides out into your mouth and spit the seeds. LOL They are really good. If ya can, try them!!

Hi everyone - Here is my damage as well.... I did fine until I got home from work (8 pm) and had to make dinner for everyone.
B - coffee( on the bus)
oikos yogurt w/ fresh fruit and granola - 16P - i need to find another breakfast, getting bored of this.
L - salad - mixed green, grilled chicken, blue cheese, walnuts, dried cranberries cherry tomatoes, slivered apples , balsamic vinegar dressing - 10 P
S - cheese stick w/ pistachoes and pretzels
D - W.W. sweet and sour chicken - 16P ( also picked at potato salad and coleslaw, while I cooked hamburgers for the family.)
S - chips and cheesestick - not happy about the chips - hubby was eating them in front of me and instead of walking away i joined in.
vitamins, coffee and ice tea through out the day - still I don't drink enough

Eh...it was an okay day, could be worse. We had Back-to-School night for my sophomore...what a night! So, we didn't eat until almost 9pm...by that time I didn't really even want to eat, but I did anyway because my stomach was so empty.
Here's the damage for Tuesday:
B: Matrix shake (210c, 32p)
S: 1 ISS Protein Wafer, Chocolate Mint flavor (105c, 7p)
L: Tuna salad w/3 multigrain crackers (I dumped off of this...WTF?) (275c, 18p)
S: Nature Valley Roasted Nut bar (didn't fini****) (190c, 7p), sf popsicle (15c)
D: 4 MorningStar Farms Veggie Bites, Broccoli Cheddar flavor (I ate one too many and was miserable!) (240c, 11p)
S: 100 Calorie Pack Chips Ahoy Crisps (100c, 1p)
Got in 1180 calories, 76 grams of protein, all vitamins except last calcuim dose, all water.
