Okay...I can't believe that I am the first to post this thread! It's about time...being on the West Coast means I am never first to post anything!lol. Here's my damage for yesterday: B: Matrix Shake (210c, 32p) S: Soy crisps, BBQ flavor (110c, 7p) L: Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal, Banana Bread flavor (160c, 7p) S: cashews (50c, 1p) D: Shrimp (130c, 24p), 100 Calorie Pack Oreo crisps (100c, 1p) S: apple slices w/2 tbsps. pb (240c, 6p) Got in 1100 calories, 78 grams protein, all vits, all water. What did you eat on Wednesday? ~Suz

Hi - I'll join in.... B - coffee ( on the bus ride to work) fage yogurt w/ sf jelly and 1 tbsp granola - 13 p L - salad - lettuce, tomato, cucunber, red onion, olives, shrimp, mozz. cheese, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, croutons - sounds like alot , but didn't eat the entire bowl. 10p. S - cheese stick w/ pretzels - 8p S - eas protein drink - 17p D - turkey burger w/ swiss cheese and a few bites of coleslaw. ice tea, water, vitamins marta

Hey Suz!! B-Cinnamon Bun Protein Bar L-2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of ham, 10 grapes, 5 pineapple chunks, 1 bite of honey dew melon Dinner-Left over chicken breast wtih refried beans and lots of cheese sauce! And some pico de gallo Water about 70 ounces, forgot my night calcium (been doing that way to often lately) and did not work out, but I worked out twice the day before! This is actually what I ate on Thursday....lol I don't feel like retyping so I will leave Thursdays information up.....

OOOh, that darn night-time dose of calcium! I forget mine too often, as well. As for the "Good Eats" thread for Wed./Thur.?...don't worry about it...no one posted one today so we may as well use Wednesdays thread.

I love this thread!!! I'm sorry I didnt post yesterday... Im a little slow catching up and I probably wont post till monday cause Im going out of town... My son who's been sick is starting his first COLLEGE football game !!! Obviously he is feeling LOTS BETTER! Well anyway... B- 1/2 power crunch bar S- nada L- 1 baked egg roll (9 protein) YAY!! S- same as lunch S- Cobb salad... ate most of the turkey and all the eggs first. lol (I NEED PROTEIN) S- soynuts!! Didnt have time to log it into fitday... I HATE WORKING NIGHTS.
