What did you eat TUESDAY?
Here's my damage:
B - Ezekiel toast and 1tsp lf pb
L - 1/4 c chili on 1/4 ezekiel tortilla topped with 1oz lf cheese and ff sour cream
S - 4 apple slices 1 T lf pb
S - A SCONE!!!
D - Mc D chicken snack wrap (grilled) - ate the chicken and about 1/4 of the tortilla
S - the rest of the apple and 1 T lf pb
S - Protein drink
Cal 1037, Fat 33g, Carb 89g, Prot 81g.
Not too bad. The scone made me sick.

Snack-several pieces of sugar free gum, and one gumball that was not sugar free!! lol
60 oz of water, morning calcium and multivitamin but was too lazy to take my night dose of calcium...I have got to get on the ball with this calcicum at night!
Worked out for 30 mins on treadmill, 15 minutes of free weights, and 10 minutes on Bike

Tuesday was not so bad.... I think......
B - Coffee
Oikos greek yogurt w/ sugarfree jelly mixed in (16 Protein)
1 tbsp. granola
L - 4 oz grilled salmon, a couple of green beans, a few forkfuls of mashed potatoes - 20 Protein
S - 1 cheese stick w/ 4 pretzel sticks - 8 protein
S - EAS protein bar - 17 protein
D - Weigh****cher dinner ( some beef and vegtables) 16 protein - I couldn't finish the whole thing - now when did that ever happen b/4. I used to be able to eat 2-3 of those things.
got in vitamins, although I'm terrible about calcium - I never take it anymore.... not good.
water/ice tea/ diet cranberry juice...... still not more than 40 oz total. I can't seem to get in more liquids.

Here the damage for Tuesday:
B: Matrix shake...as usual (210c, 32p)
S: 2 oz. cashews, sf popsicle (127c, 3p)
L: 1/3 cup refried beans w/cheddar, 100 calorie pack Chips Ahoy Crisps (175c, 1p)
S: apple slices w/2 tbsp. organic pb (250c, 6p)
D: 2 lightly breaded chicken tenders (from Costco-YUMMY) w/ 1 tbsp. ranch dip, 2 tbsp. corn and green beans (275c, 23p)
S: (late while studying-again) 1/2 cup plain yogurt w/1/4 cup mixed berries, Splenda, 2 tbsp. Newman's Own Blueberry Pecan cereal (155c, 6p)
Got in 1192 calories, 71 grams protein, all vitamins, all water. So, I did well for Tuesday, but today is Wednesday... a school day for me (yuck) and I have 2 tests tonight (double yuck!). Hopefully the stress doesn't make me want to snack today.

NOT A GOOD DAY... Cal. 471, fat 23 , carbs, 24, Protein 40 (probably not even all this cause I got sick today)
I was struggling with vertigo off and on... ever since I had my bad cold.
B- 1 scrammbled egg with cheese
2 pieces of bacon
(got really dizzy and vomitted this all up)

L- 1 chicken nugget and about 5 fries.. (from my husbands lunch-McDonalds) YUCK!

S- chicken/bean/cheese enchilada (ate all the inside minus the tortilla)
S- nada..
Told ya, I did bad..
No protein shot.. thought I would not hold it down...
Today is a better day!
