What did you eat on Monday????

Good morning January ladies! Here's the Monday stuff, it was a modified liquid day for me, so the numbers (except protein) are low: B - coffee S - water (can you tell I was on the run yesterday a.m.?) L - Protein smoothie S - water D - 1/2 Ezekiel tortilla (crisped up by spraying with pam and toasting on the grill, then broken into "chips"), 2 T hummus S - New Whey bullet (42g - drank over 2 hours to be sure to absorb all the protein) S - 4 apple slices w/lf pb (yummy! my new favorite) Fitday stats: Cal 600, fat 9, carbs 36, prot 83, drank all my water, took all my vitamins. Only workout was mega grocery shopping, which exhausted me, which is why I ended up eating in the evening. Have a great day! Margaret

Good Morning Everyone. B - Coffee an hour later S - mandarine oranges w/ cottage cheese L - 6 thin slices of ham and 2 slices low fat cheese S - Kashi Bar D- Protein shake S - Grapes S later got hungry and had a piece of bologna and cheese. No bread. I did a work out at the YMCA 45 min on Eliptica 45 min on weight machines 7 min of stretching. Down .5 lbs since yesterday. Have a wonderful day!! Anna

Hey Margaret: Here is what I had yesterday Breakfast: Cinnamon Bun Power Cruch Protein Bar Lunch -mixed greens salad (2 oz) with Honey mustard dressing, spicy chicken on salad (3.5 chunks) Dinner- 6 pork rinds and 3 oz of stew meat cooked in crockpot 60 oz of water, got all vitamins except for night dosage of calcium Light Work out on lunch break...20 mins on treadmill and 10 minutes of free weights and crunches

Hi - Here's my damage for monday - B - coffee S - Eas protein bar - 17g protein L - sliced pork, 2 slices of zucchini, 2 small red potatoes - 10g protein ?? S - cheese stick w/ pretzels - 8 g protein S - Eas protein drink - 17g protein - while taking kids to all their activities. D - 1/4 of gyro omelet w/ tiny bit of home fries - 7g protein?? - actually ate at 10 pm, by the time got done running around w/ kids. got in vitamins, bu****er/liquids is still a problem - I get in less that 50 oz a day. Ughhh, Monday! A school day for me, so it always seems like a lot of grazing... Here's my damage for the day: B: Syntrax Matrix Cookies & Cream, made w/nf milk, 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder, 2 tsp. Splenda (210c, 32p) S: ISS Protein Wafers, Chocoalte PB flavor (210c, 14p) L: 3 apple slices, 1 tsp. pb, popsicle (65c, 1p) S: (At school, 5:30pm) Nature Valley Roasted Nut Bar (190c, 7p) D: (After school, 9:30pm) 4 oz. shrimp, 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/ mandarin oranges (230c, 29p) S: (At midnight while studying) 1/2 cup refried beans w/ cheddar (didn't fini****), 100 Calorie Pack Chips Ahoy Crisps (220c, 9p) Got in 1125 calories, 92 grams protein, all vitamins, all water. After looking at what I ate and my totals...I guess it's not as bad as I thought it was . It's actually right on target for where I want to be. See ya' in the a.m.! ~Suz

Here is my day.. yesterday! B- 1 scrambled egg with cheese, ham, onion and green pepper 2 pieces of bacon S- string cheese L- Thin slice of ham. S- 1/2 protein shot S- Mini subway melt.. with lots of lettuce and 1/2 bag of baked chips. S- soy nuts 1/4 cup. Cal 866, fat 38, carbs 56, protein 79 (yahoo) Today might not be such a good day.. came home with some vertigo going on.. got really dizzy and puked my brains out for like 30 minutes, went to sleep for 4 hours and have had NO appetite. I think I have ear infection from my cold I was struggling with last weekend. Have a good Humpday everyone!!! Stacey
