What did you eat yesterday???
Well my day went pretty well until those biscuits came out of the oven!
B- Power Crunch Protein bar, 1/2 slice bacon
L 1/2 baked pork chop, 100 calorie pack of popcorn, baked butter nut squash (1 oz)
D Beef stew meat 2 (cooked in a crock pot with lots of seasonings, mixed veggies (2 oz) zucchini, squash, red onions and tomatoes,
1 hour later - a hot flaky biscuit!!! YUMMY!! But boy I hope I can do better resisting things in the future.
Haven't plugged into fitday yet, so no numbers - but here's my stuff:
B - Ezekiel toast, 1tsp pb
S -
L - Mc D's hamburger (and I ate the whole freakin' thing - it was one of the little ones. my tummy was not happy with the bread)
S - protein
D - crackers topped with lf cream cheese and olives
S - protein bar
S - tiny scoop of ice cream with tiny drizzle of chocolate - a tiny sundae for a Sunday evening.

Well, since I gained I thought that I would join and keep myself accountable for what I eat......
I been fighting a headache for a couple of days now and I wonder if it's lack of water or more carbs than usual.
b - coffee w/ 1/2& 1/2
egg/bacon croisant sandwich from Dunkin Donuts - I didn't eat the croissant - I gave it away.
S - more coffee
L - 1 cheese burger w/ out the bun ( standing at my son's football game - I was starving)
S - 1 piece of spicy tuna roll ( sushi) w/ some chips
D - Lasagna - I removed all the pasta and ate the filling, salad w/ spray dressing
S - 1 cheese stick w/ pretzels/chips.
I hardly drank anything yesterday..... I have to get better w/ that.
Hopefully monday will be a better day.

I feel better.. Not perfect but better!
Here is my damage for yesterday:
B- 1 scrammbled egg with cheese, ham, onions and peppers
2 small pieces of bacon
1/2 of a cinn. roll.... MISTAKE.. never puked, but sweated and got shakey, felt yucky for awhile. Live and Learn!
S- apple
L- homemade Beef and bean burrito (small)
S-nada
D- 1/2 piece of homemade pizza (thank goodness its gone, sick of it) lol
1/4 cup cottage cheese
S- I did 1/2 of a protein shot...
Fitday- cal. 1105 , fat 58 , carb 104 , protein 74 (yahoo)
Alot better than the days before of 500-600 cal and 35-45 protein.

L--small amount of spaghetti with sauce
D--oatmeal
lots of water and several cups of decaf coffee with protein for creamer
Yikes, in print this doesn't look so good. Sundays are never my diligent days. I will try better. I know I am supposed to eat breakfast and was faithfully but I seem to get hungrier when I eat breakfast and end up with more calories during the day. Anyone else experiencing this?

Well, I didn't write down what I ate Sunday because I was so busy cleaning house and doing laundry all day (14 loads??? gimme a break!!!). But, I will try to recall what I had...sorry, no calorie count 'cuz I am just too lazy to look it up!! lol

S: 1 ISS Protein Wafer, chocolate chocolate flavor
L: nada
S: 2/3 Pure Protein Bar, PB flavor
D: Chicken, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, simmered in alfredo sauce, served over one tbsp. brown & wild rice.
S: apple slices w/1 tbsp. pb, sf popsicle
I'm sure that I got my protein in, prob. low calories, didn't get all vits in, most of water. Today will be better...okay, maybe not...I have class tonight....
