Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Good Morning All! Well, my numbers are not good today...I gained two pounds but I am not stressing and will see you next week with a loss! Talk to you all soon!

This is not the week that I normally show an increase so I am not quite sure what is going on. I know I two weeks ago I was unable to work out due to back pain and I have gradually gotten back to my routine. Anyway...see you later.
Well good news...I did not gain two pounds!! But I did not lose any either..I looked back at my page after I posted and last week my post was for 202.6 as well. So I guess remaining steady is better than gaining!! I thing my 200.6 weigh in was earlier in the day then my normal weigh in and I recorded that on something else...but any who...here are my official stats:

Stephanie--my whole way down has been lose 10 pounds, gain 3, hold for a time and then lose 10 pounds, gain 3, hold and repeat. I just get excited when it goes down and don't worry about the other.
Mary--you are doing awesome, but girl, you need a new picture. I seem to remember that one has been up for a few pounds.
Lori--you are way, way down even on a no loss week. How far are you from goal?
Okay, here are my numbers. I am so excited to finally be in the 220's, barely, but I am claiming it!

Weight this morning: 229
Total weight loss since January 29th: 138 pounds and 8 pant sizes!!!!!! WoooHOOO

Hey Caters! Glad to see you back on the board sweetie!
I have about 20 to reach goal. I may go a little lower than that when I reach it , but we'll have to see. I average about 7-8 lbs loss per month now, so it could be a few months. Either way I feel great!
You are doing amazing! Congrulations and I guess we should see you in Onderland soon!
