Thursday's Feedings!
Yesterday went great. I didn't seem to be able to eat as much at a sitting (does the liquid thing kind of shrink your tummy, Stephanie?) but managed to get in plenty of food:
B - Ezekiel toast w/pb
S - Protein shake
L, S, D - around 3/4 c chicken salad over greens with balsamic vinaigrette, two crispy flat bread triangles (had this for lunch at a restaurant - took the rest of the day to eat it)
S - Smartforme drink
Fitday totals: Cal 1032, fat 47, carbs 50, prot 87. Too much fat, due mostly to the mayo in the chicken salad and the oil in the vinaigrette. I estimated high fat on those because I'm not sure how they were made.
Have a great day! Today is another liquid day for me (trying for twice per week).

Good Morning Margaret! I am not sure if the doing the liquids shrinks your stomach or not...good question though.

D Second half of the chicken fajitia thingy inside only w 100 calorie bag of pop corn
Got in 100 oz of water, did not work out, got in all meds except for last dose of calcium.

See, I haven't even tried it. I just know where to find it since I love to troll the healthfoods section. In fact, I don't even eat bread...have only tried a couple of bites here or there. I find that it doesn't satisfy the craving like it used to...eating a 1/4 of a sandwich seems like too much effort to make the darn thing for what little I get . Now, garlic bread on the other hand...I wish I could allow myself to give that a whirl!! Hot bread and butter...how I miss that! Probably too much...
Here's my damage for Thursday:

1 C Calorie countdown milk 90 cal. 3 carbs ? protein
and a half scoop of vanilla protein powder 55 cal. 42 carbs 11 1/2 prot.
Im finding myself wanting to eat at night while Im online. Old habits die hard. So I figured Id try a protein drink, again, even tho Im not crazy about them. Most people say they fill them up and satisfy them for hours. NOT ME! In fact I think it made me hungrier. I didnt eat, but I sure woke up starvin this morning. I think Im abnormal!!! LOL

Had a busy day yesterday and found myself going waaayyy to long in between meals. I.Was.Starvin'. Here's the damage for Thursday:
B: 1 ISS Protein Wafer, pb cup flavor (105c, 7p)
S: Matrix Cookies & Cream shake, made w/ 1 cup nf milk, 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa, 2 tsp. Splenda (210c, 32p)
L: 1 Nectarine (waited so long to eat that I nearly inhaled it!) (85c, 1p)
S: cashews, 15 grams (90c, 3p)
D: sliced gala apple, 1 tbsp. organic pb (190c, 4p)
S: shrimp scampi w/mixed brown and wild rice (277c, 24p)
Got in 862 calories(ooppsies, too low), 71 grams protein(barely made my goal), ALL vitamins~YAY!!!, and ALL water!!!!

IM SICK!! Can't breathe, sore throat, Headache... Yesterday not so good of a day!

Did my water and my vitamins.. slacked on my calcium...
