Thanks to all who live on the East Coast and can get an earlier jump on this post! I would have had to be up at 4:30 this morning to have beat you to it! Someday in the next few years I hope to become an East Coast girl myself...but until then...here's my damage for Wednesday (a crazy school day...ugh): B: Syntrax Matrix Cookies & Cream protein shake made w/ 1 cup nf milk, 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa, 2 tsp. Splenda (210c, 32p)(Yummy...still my fav!!!!) S: 1 ISS Protien Wafer, Peanut Butter Cup flavor (105c, 7p) L: 1/2 cup shrimp stirfry ( didn't sit well at all today...I don't even think I managed 1/2 a cup) (50c, 6p) S: Muscle Milk Light, Chocolate Mint flavor (150c, 20p), string cheese (80c, 7p)(in class snacks) D: 2 oz. homemade salsbury steak, 2 tbsp. mixed wild & brown rices, 2 tbsp. mixed veggies (190c, 21p)(sheesh...eaten @ 10pm after class) S: 1 graham cracker (65c), 2 tsp. pb (50c, 2p), 1 plum (30c)(eaten at about 12:30 am, while studying) So, totals are 930 calories, 95 (!!!) protein. We won't even talk abou****er and vitamins...use your imagination... See ya' tomorrow!! ~Suz
