Is it ok that I'm posting first again?? Don't want to step on any toes. I'm only on the computer first thing in the morning most days, so it's post my "stuff" now or be late (which I usually am). Wednesday went great for me. I did Stephanie's liquid thing with modifications. I really felt great all day until the later evening when I began to feel woozy. Felt pretty woozy this a.m. as well. I don't think I could do more than a day at a time, My plan is to do two days a wee****il goal. Scale is down this a.m. - a decent jump for slow moving me - but I won't claim it until Monday. B - protein shake S - L - protein smoothie with blueberries, peaches, mangos, and a little milk S - protein drink (2 smartformes - yum) D - protein shake s - protein shake 64 oz water Cal 590, Fat 3g, Carb 17g, Prot 109g

Hey Margaret: I don't think Stacey minds if you post these..she actually said in her first one that who ever gets here first can post it. And I glad that the liquids worked for you! I didnt feel woozy when I did it until I worked out before I had my evening protein drink..as I was getting out of the car at home, I felt a bit woozy and that day decided to eat a solid dinner. Keep us posted on how things go for you! B I had a Power Crunch Protein Bar **I won a box at the Obesity Help Event in Atlanta this past week* Cinnamon Bun Flavor L- 2 oz of salad (lettuce and cucumber only) honey mustard dressing and 4 oz of steak (Had free lunch at work yesterday and they grilled chicken and steak) It was awesome! Dinner 3 oz of steak that were left over from lunch and 1 oz of green beans 50 oz of water and I did not get in all my supplements....but I did do 2 miles on the tread mill Man, this has not been a good week for me for taking my supplements..this post is really showing me I had not been doing as I should with my vitamins and calcium supplements....Today I will drink at least 64 oz of water (already had 40 oz) and get in all my suppplements and work out! Gotta love it!! I hope more people get into it!!! Its a eye opener and keeps us accountable I think!!! I could not do the liquid thing, I would get to woozy... Plus I like to chew to much...LOL I know I need this forum.... Thank you for doing it with me!!! I love OH!!! Stacey

NO NO NO!!! I think its awesome... First one online should do it!!! Were all in this together!!! Right? Well I think I had a better protein day! B- egg beaters with cheese and 3 pieces of oscar meyer bacon (pre-cooked, micro kind) S- String cheese and 5 wheat thins. L- Salad (all veggies) S-3/4 cup hamb. soup (getting sick of it) lol S- fiber granola bar cal. 709 fat 30 carb 74 protein 45 Didnt eat enough... Maybe today! I lose better if I get around 1000cal in. Bad me had 5 tootsie rolls... through out the night at work... Drank all my water.. did my vitamins... only did one dose of my calcium Started back on fitday and worked out... My arms are sore.. but determined not to be so flabby. I HATE MY ARMS!!!! Everyone have a good thursday!!! THANKS FOR DOING THIS!!! Stacey

Eeek! How'd those tootsie rolls sit in your tummy? I'm afraid of chewy gummy things. Now chocolate - that's another matter.

See that's why I ate them cause I was having a choc. craving. Chewy things dont bother me at all.. and I didnt eat all them at the same time, this was while I was at work for 12 hours. I can do about 8-10 sugars before it making me bad and I dont have it everyday. I do these fiber One bars.. Love them.. they have 10 sugars and I tolerate them pretty good. Stacey

So you are getting tired of your hamburger soup...but I want to try it...can you share your recipe with me? Every time I read that you ate some I want to know what it tastes like! lol

Good morning everyone! I love this post. Ive been so afraid Im eating to much, so Ive been trying to calculate my stats...cant figure fitday out...but Ive been guesstimating it going by the stats on boxes and trying to figure it all out. Some things I cant even guess at. Things like casseroles or stuff with numerous ingrediants. But i think its close and so far Im not going over 1000 cal. or if I do its not by much. so I guess Im pretty much on track. noon 1/2 ww eng. muffin with 2 turkey meatballs in sauce chopped up on top and cheese melted on it 3pm grilled chicken breast (thin cut) less than a half cup of mixed stirfry vegies 7:45 1/2 a ww pita stuffed with 2 stea**** and onions and 1T cheese 10pm adkins endulge bar (110 cal, 5 carbs, 4 protein) these are the bomb!! Tastes just like a payday bar a few almonds why does that seem like so much food to me?? Its not even half what I ate pre-op but it sure looks like a lot. Mary
