TUESDAY'S FEEDINGS
I'll start since I'm here and no one has posted for Tuesday yet....
B - Ezekiel toast and 1 T pb
S - Protein shake
L - 1/2 c Chili
S - Protein shake
D - Sushi - California rolls made with brown rice
S - 100 cal pack Smartpop popcorn
S - Candy corn - around 10 (son had them out on the counter...I kept popping them in my mouth every time I walked by!!)
64 oz water
Cal 1090, Fat 18g, Carb 143g, Prot 90g
Carbs still too high, snacked too much, but fat a prot. were better.
Today I'm doing the liquid thing. Planning on prot. shake/drink for B, D, and Snacks. Making a prot. smoothie (with yogurt) for lunch.

Breakfast-2 oz keilbosa sausage, 1 sausage ball, 1 slice of turkey bacon and two pineapple chucks ( a team at work had potluck for breakfast and I joined in)
Lunch Smart Ones Sweet and Sour Chicken Dinner (it was really good), 1 weigh****chers english toffee candy
Dinner- 2 chicken tenders, honey mustard, two slices of a boiled egg, a little lettuce, and the topping of a piece of pepperoni pizza.....at least I tried to eat it and I could not swallow it...I guess I should not be trying such greasy stuff on an already packed pouch.
Not even 40 oz of water but got all my vitamins and supplements in for the day
Fitday Totals: 1061 Calories, Fat 65, Carbs 67, and Protein 58
So far today is going well...I had a protein bar for breakfast and will have a shake later on to increase my protein
FUNNY... I had 5 candy corns.. lol
Here it goes!
B- 1/2 lunchable (3-turkey,3 cheese,3 crackers)
S- SF pudding
L- Hamb. soup 1/3 of a cup
S- the other 1/2 of the lunchable (18 protein for the whole thing)
D- Hamb soup about 3/4 cup this time.
S- 10 carrots with a string cheese.
I drank a 1/2 diet a & w root beer. mostly FLAT. ALL my water, All my calcium (yahoo) and all my other vitamins.
Better day... I work nights and its hard...

B: Syntrax Matrix Cookies & Creme, made w/ 1 cup nf milk, 1 tsp. unsweetened cocoa, 2 tsp. Splenda (210c, 32p)
S: Nature Valley Roasted Nut bar (190c, 7p)
L: 1 cup shrimp stirfry (100c, 12p)
S: 1 square dark chocolate w/ cocoa nibs (60c, 1p)
D: taco salad (200c, 14p), 2 plums (60c, 1p)
S: 1/2 cup plain yogurt, mixed frozen berries, Splenda (130c, 10p)
Late S: 1 graham cracker (65c), 2 tsp. pb (50c, 2p)
1065 calories, 79 protein...not bad. Got in mos****er, most vitamins...need to work on those...
