I think this'll be great! Thanks Stacey. Things have been wild around here, I've been helping my sister-in-law and her family prepare for an overseas move. They left yesterday evening, so I'm back with my life....anyway, all that to say that yesterday wasn't a typical day for me. B - 1 pc. Ezekiel bread toasted with 1 tsp peanut butter S - Smartforme choc ready made shake L - 3-4 oz grilled fish, bite of corn muffin S - 1 oz ff cheese, 5 crackers D - 1/4 c pinto beans, 1 T mashed potato, 1 T green beans S - Smartforme bar S - 1/4 c mac and cheese (what?????? stress eating strikes. I won't be doing that again! It was leftover from one of the kids, I wanted it, I ate it, I regretted it) I only got in around 30 oz water. Not a good day! Too many snacks, too many carbs. It's really good for me to see it all in writing. Margaret p.s. While yesterday wasn't typical and I know that, I would really like y'all to hold me strictly accountable. I think it'll help me stay on track. The stress eating thing is really bothering me because I'm so afraid of it becoming a habit and a stronghold in my life again. So, feel free to give me a cyber bashing if I stray. Ok?

Just fitday'd the day. 909 cal, 36g fat, 82g, carb, 67 prot. Too much fat and carbs. Too little protein. Good thing today is another day!

Unfortunately...I cant bash you...I have days where I choose not the eat a healthly dinner so I can have foods I am craving....like last night...my dinner was a plum, two pieces of weigh****chers carmel medallion, and about 10 pork rinds. So how nutritious was that?? An later I did mix me some protein powder with water to get in some protein. So we all have days like that..but putting it all in writing helps us see when we need to make some adjustments. Also posting on a regular basis will give us so good menu ideas! Talk to you soon.
