Yippy!! 5 pounds is great, Mary! I know that it must be a relief for you to see that darned scale move in the direction that you want it to. I usually have a bigger loss around "that time", as well. It always makes me feel better to see the numbers drop a little faster after it's over. In the meantime...you're getting closer to 199 every week!

I have been goofing off and not on the computer much. I missed last weeks weigh in.
It is fun with the kids all grown and Hubby and I just take off when we want to now.
So we went away for a few days.
Okay so here is my totals.

LW..140
CW..137
1 more pound and my BMI will be NORMAL !!!

Hi All,
I didn't post last week. I've been having problems with my husband and loads of stress. I was at 199 two weeks ago. I'm at 189 today. I've had almost no appetite lately. I've been doing some protein shakes and protein bars, but I have to force myself to eat them. I don't have any appetite for anything at all. I certainly don't mind the weight loss, but it sucks to do it this way.

LW: 194 or so
