Monday Morning Weigh Ins
That makes sense Stacy...but I am trying to figure out if I can angle it and say my sagging boobs are making my back hurt so I can get the insurance to pay for my lift! lol I used the 50 lb dog food bags as a reality check for me too...after losing the first 50 pounds...I went to buy some dog food and could barely lift the bag and I realized I had just lost that much weight..it was a true wow moment for me!
Steph-
I agree with Stacy completely- I think our back really gets whacked out by the changes in our center of gravity.
I have a herniated disk that I keep aggravating when I do weights- something called a deadlift. They really work my butt- but if I don't repeatedly do them and then start up again I hurt myself- maybe too much too quick, or improper form?
It's hard though because I used to take an anti-inflammatory and it helped but we're not supposed to take them now. The Dr just gave me Flexerel? but I haven't tried it yet. The soma was just too sedating- but wow did it work!!!
Whenever I have back problems I remember someone told me the back and the stomach are best friends- so to work on my stomach to help strengthen my back- but i feel like I do a decent amount of ab work.
I feel like my posture declined as I gained weight and now I'm thinner but my posture still hasn't corrected yet.

Good morning everyone! Wow - are we rocking this week or what?!
By the way - started a water aerobics class last week and it is kicking my butt - in a good way! This is no old-lady water aerobics class. I work at a University and the instructor is a 20 year old student who's taking most of the exercises from Amanda Beard (Olympic swimmer)'s work out.
Anyhoo:
Start: 300
Last week: 192.5
This week: 190.5
2 more pounds down, almost 110 total

Good morning ladies and gents!
After a VERY long weekend I was happy to find out I had another week of decent loss.
Here are my stats
HW 242
LW 163
CW 161
2lbs lost! Yippee!
We have decided to get a put our home on the market and move into a bigger home, so we are doing a lot of running and moving with all the work around the house, cleaning, and visting the builder for our new home. So much to do, but it should be a fun ride. It was hard finding time to eat "healthy" meals this weekend, but I did the best I could by sharing a Quiznos sub with my hubby and eating fruit that I took with me.
Have a great week folks!
