Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Hey Margaret..I did the liquids only one day last week for the entire day...and the next day I only had two and ate a good dinner because I started to feel weak when I worked out. So I actually took in more calories last week then I had been and I worked out less due to a busy schedule and a hurting back. I am getting excited about reaching onderland. Thanks
That sounds like a good plan Margaret. Let me know how things go. And I really was not hungry when I got all that protien in, just make sure you have your shakes at regular intervals...if you go to long with out one you will be hungry and tempted to eat something solid. Usually adding the extra protein to our diets will jump start the weight loss too. And you are more than welcome! I enjoy being on here with you guys so much!!

TODAY - 132
WOOHOOO so excited to lose even a pound at this stage!!!! When I get under 130, I won't even care anymore. I mean, I'll care if I gain, but if I don't lose another pound when I get to 129, I am beyond thrilled. The stomach isn't going anywhere though. It hangs. I hear there's nothing I can do for that either. I've done a million sit-ups. Nothing works. Oh well!
