my hair has stopped falling out now- but I'm wondering- anyone else suddenly have an abundance of gray hair? Thanks- Holly

I had several strands before WLS and have not really noticed any new ones...probably have them but they have ceased to alarm me..lol

I've had an abundance of gray hair since I was around 25 (47 now). Been coloring since I was 29. The new hair is coming in curly though.....I kind of like that. Margaret

I had gray hairs before WLS and have noticed new ones, but I don't think its because of the surgery. Its hereditary for me, all the women in my family on my mom's side start graying in their 20's, most are completely gray by 40...I'm 33
