I've been on vacation for the past 10 days.....I can't complain about the weight loss.
I actually lost 2 pounds.

That make a grand total of 114 pounds lost and only 37 to goal !!!!!!!!
It does seem that we are all on the same track..... my DR. said I would really have to work for those last 20 pounds....I guess he my be right.

I was drinking my protein shake every morning (which i was not during at all) one day i even had one for lunch ate fruit throughout the day and ate chicken or fish for dinner. If i had the chicken or fish for lunch i will eat more fruit for dinner.I also have joins curves and workout 4 times last week.I was shock since i did not work out since thursday
