Monday Morning Weigh In
Happy Labor Day everyone! I had a great day--hubby and I put the top down on the convertible and drove over to the Mississippi Gulf coast. I haven't seen it since the hurricane and it looks pretty good. Kind of deserted though. We just drove up and down to Biloxi and back, stopped for lunch, and went by the two houses we lived in during the early 80s (both still standing). Only lost 1/2 lb this week--I guess I'm on an official, bonafide STALL!!!
HW: 265 lbs.
SW: 252 lbs.
LW: 178 lbs.
CW: 177-1/2 lbs.
27-1/2 lbs. to my goal of 150--at this rate I'll never make it!

Wow, it looks like several of us are hitting stalls all at the same time. I've been officially stalled out for two weeks now, entering my 3rd week. I'm trying to increase everything...fluids, exercise, protein, and calories...but saying it and doing it are two different things. The fluids and protein are no problem most days and the exercise is really not a problem, all I have to do is make myself do it. But the calories are a problem. I still can't top out at more than about 850 a day and I know that is just not enough...my body is hanging on to every ounce right now because it thinks it is starving! I think it is mental, I start freaking out if I actually hit 900 calories even though my NUT wants me at a minimum of 1000 calories a day.
Anyway, here's my stats:
HW/Day of surgery: 246
Last weeks weight: 174
This weeks weight: 174
Total loss: 72lbs.
Take care everyone! And congrats to those who are losing!
Denise
Well,
Im back to losing, still haven't caught up entirely. I lost 6 pounds after my first fill, then 4 the following week. The week after I gained back the 4 pounds, and this week am down 1.5 pounds. So overall I have had a net loss of 7.5 pounds in a month. Not good but I will take it. I actually can't wait for my period to start because for some reason that is a good week for me.

Not sure if it is the growing fibroid tumor, having a bad ear infection and being on medicine, stress or not eating enough or drinking water. I usually have water bottles in the fridge and grab one every day before I go to work. Last week I was out and I didn't force myself to go ge****er when I first got to work. I didn't want to work out any last week because I felt so lethargic.
Okay, I guess I could analyze it to death and still not know the real reasons for the weight gain. I just hope I get back on track this week.
A little fairy dust to keep us going. I sure know i need it.
Hugs,
Lindy
