Recently I have been having a lot of pain in my back and it kills my tailbone to sit down especially at work where I try and sit up to look at the computer. Has anyone else been having a problem with their tailbone and sitting?

I know exactly what you mean. My butt has absolutely no padding now. My wooden kitchen chairs are killers. In don't have too much trouble with padded chairs, except for my motorcycle seat on long rides. Oh the price to pay to be thin!!

dude, OMG, I was wondering when someone would post this. I have pain all over my body, especially my upper back and hips. I used to have sooooo much cushion, and now that the fat is coming off, I actually feel my bones. It's a good thing though, right? So we have to suck it up. lol. Its a wow moment though.

I don't feel it in my butt...but I do feel it in my lower back and my spine felt sore last week. I actually went to see a chiropractor last Thursday and it is getting better. He did say that the weight loss could play a part in my pain but he also said it could be numerous factors playing into it. I have been 4 times so far and my pain has gotten much better. Hope yours gets better soon!!

I hear your pain! Although I don't have it on my lower back. it's my upper back and it hurts so bad sometime. I really need a reduction. Hope your back feels better soon.

Me too!!! In fact, right now I'm leaning on one cheek. Maybe I can switch from cheek to cheek and call it a gluteus workout? Margaret
