Dieter's Tea

http://www.lacilebeau.com/supertea.htm I highly recommend this tea if you suffer with constipation. It helps by the first day. It tastes very good and is a nice relaxing drink in the evenings. I found mine at Wal-mart.

MMMM I will have to try that. Is all of the tea calorie free? I want the green tea! Thanks for that link.
