LOSS FOR THE WEEK .6 LBS. Hey, I am just happy I didn't stall this week. I had thought since I was doing the clomid challenge and with all of the stress going on that I would have stalled or gained. I am just happy at any loss.
Still looking to make it to 140 by 9/11 before my trip to NJ. 2 Weeks to do it in. If the next 2 weeks are good to me, then I will meet my challenge.
And yes, the last 7 months have been awesome. It feels good to be so much lighter.
Spreading a little fairy dust to keep all of us January folks moving along to our Goals!
Hugs,
Lindy
I agree Lindy, as long as we don't stall or gain, it's a good week! Especially if you are on chlomid. When I was on it I know it made me very cranky and just mean to be around, I was real emotional. I don't remember if I gained weight while on it, I never weighed myself back then. Good luck on hitting 140 by the 11th!!! That's about 3 lbs a week!!!!! You look great even if you don't get to 140 though!!!!!!!!
Good Morning, January Lovelies!! I had a rough morning...my baby, Piper, had her first day of kindergarden . Don't get me wrong...in a couple of days I am sure that I will be glad for that 3 hours of quiet...but right now I miss my liitle girl! Anyway, the week wasn't overly kind to me with excessive loss...but I'll take what I can get at this point in the game. Here's the week's numbers:
Surgery/high: 251.5
Last Monday: 166.4
Today: 165.4
Loss for the week: -1.0
Can't complain...it's better than a stall. I just realized that I haven't even hit a true plateau since surgery. Great...now that I've said it, it will happen! Well, I am off to get my things ready for school...I have my first night back tonight. A&P here I come. Next week I start PE...actually it's called a "Wellness" class. Whatever...shouldn't an adult be able to decide for themselves if they want to take a class like that for recreation? It seems absurd that a person needs that 1 unit to get an undergrad degree. Oh well, gotta do what they tell me.
Have a fantastic week everyone!!
