I agree with your post completely!!!! I spent a solid month at 147- my flying off days are gone too- but atleast we're maintaining, losing slightly, or not gaining!!! I too am eating more bad carbs and am having to be VERY careful.
You look fabulous where you are now!!! Size 6 is TINY!!!

Thanks for your encouraging words. Your right it has been a few years since I saw a 6. Like 35 years. After kids things change. It is all in my head now. I have got to remember I have had 3 children and things have really shifted. Especially since WLS. I was a size 3 when I got married and never will be there again. I was on a roll for awhile and then came to a halt. Maybe I will stop here. This surgery is so strange it is hard to know if you are at a plateau or just done. I think I will move the scale again and am trying to up my protein. Take it one week at a time... Right? You are doing great also. Have a good week. Roxanne

Current 137 - I've been 137 since about last Tuesday, then on Saturday it was 139 and I freaked! Now today it's back down, so I am happy about that. At this rate (1 lb a week) 10 more weeks to goal. lol!
Yay!!! I finally started to lose again ... Stephanie thanks so much for the the protein smoothie diet ... I will admit I fudged it and ate a healthy dinner most days because I have been super hungry from working out like a fiend!
