Monday Morning Weigh In
Hey Stacey!! congrats on reaching the century club!! I have really been using the protein smoothies I posted about a few weeks ago. I take about 3 days a week and I only have protein smoothies for breakfast, lunch and dinner. And then on days I eat...I try to have protein supplements (usually a protein drink for breakfast because I am always running late and don't have time to eat breakfast )and get in at least 80 grams.
Wow Stephanie !!! You are doing great. You should see the 100's before you know it.
I am on the other hand not doing so hot I am staying the same but think I have been eating too many bad carbs. I will make a change this week. I have been in the 140's since July 7.. So if anyone isn't seeing the scale moving fast I feel my "flying off" weight is coming to a halt.. It is now going to be more work to get it off. The closer to goal weight. I am 15 pounds from my goal I set for myself. My Dr. won't give me one. He just said what I feel good at. I guess I do feel great so If I stopped today I could live with this. I am into 6P pants and a couple of 8P capri's. My tops are now Med and a couple are still large. Guess the numbers don't really mean a lot other than a head game. Anyway here are my stats. Here's to next week

And I agree with you Roxanne....the numbers really are a head game. You have had fantastic results and I am sure you will get those other 15 off that you want to lose soon!! Keep us posted!!
