Monday Morning Weigh In
Hi Janie! I increased my calories to about 1200/day (really more like 1230 or so). I was eating around 900-1000 but decided to just see what would happen since I do exercise 6 days a week. It's kind of tough getting in all those calories, but I'm never, ever hungry anymore. I can't believe you're only 10 lbs. from goal. You've done fantastic--and running too! It's seems that the closer I get, the more anxious I am to be "done." Although I know we'll never be done, but you know what I mean. Jen
Well- after a month at 147- during which I went up 6 pounds- I am happy to say I went down!!!
HW- 250
SW- 241
LW- 147
TW- 144
That's 97 pounds and my BMI is 23.2.
I posted 2 new pics- although I'm not sure I see a difference since the last one- but that's okay cuz I feel great!!! I'd really like to lose the last 3 to put me at 100- and then I'll be so close to the 130's- 2 more pounds- so maybe 5 more would be a good goal.
