I posted a new pic yesterday too.
I was showing my sister the pics of some of my January buddies and it is amazing. You guys were pretty before, but now everyone is looking so beautiful! Is that more of that discrimination we were talking about? Or is it just society's values. Anyway, we do look great and better yet we are all feeling great about ourselves!
Thank you all for your support! I do feel absolutely wonderful..... It is so sad how people do discriminate. When i was fat.... people would just stare, gawk, dirty looks, etc... i know i dont have to say anymore bout that... we've all experienced it! Now, i get smiles, doors held open, stares... but i guess in a good way?? lol All my friends told me when i got this surgery to not change, dont become stuck up, dont think..."your **** doesnt stink anymore" lmao..... I am still the same person. I have feelings, and take others into consideration. When i see a heavier woman or man.... i dont see the outside..... only the inside... and that is what counts.. i just wish they saw the same way. I walk with more confidence.... and fit into smaller size clothes... and they just see ... a thin person! They have no clue... that i have been there and knows what its like. All i can say is i love the new me! This was the best decision i have made to become a healthier me! Cheers to all of us! huggggggs Christine
