Stephanie - you're doing awesome! My stats for the week: HW 271 SW 266 LW 197 TW 196 Down 1 lb. I'm doing the liquid thing the next couple of days, as well as trying to be more consistent with my exercise this week. Hoping to get the scale to move a little more this week. Here are my stats Here are my stats: HW 264 SW 263 LW 163 TW 165 2 pounds up ! I do not know what the hey is goin on but I have been in the 160's since mid june! I started the liquid protein diet thingy today and I am gonna try and do the gym all week so I hope that helps ... I hope you all have a week full of big losses and WOW moments

Hi everyone! I'm not exactly thrilled this week--up 1/2 lb. Definitely on a stall, but just confused about whether or not I'm eating too much or not enough, exercising too much or not enough. Arrrrggggghhhh! HW: 265 lbs. SW: 252 lbs. LW: 179 lbs. CW: 179.5 lbs. Thanks, Jen

I'm late, I'm late...for an very important date...Late checking in again..as usual. Had a good week now that the red tide has gone out for another month! We kept very busy this weekend...but it seemed like nothing important got accomplished. That drives me nuts...I like to see tangible results!! Anyway...still doing fab as usual, Stephanie...great loss! This week I get to join you: Surgery/high: 251.5 Last Monday: 169.2 Today: 166.4 This weeks loss: 2.8 Total loss: 85.1 BMI: 26.7 So, I ate more this week...maybe that helped? At least I wasn't as hungry! I tried really hard to eat like a "normal" person and not worry about every calorie and morsel that went into my mouth. Seems to have helped...that and my cycle ending. I actually weighed in at 165 last night before bed, but it seems to have crept up from it being so warm here...I tend to swell when it's warm at night. Anyway, have a wonderful week all of you January lovelies!! ~Suz

Everyone is doing so good! I sometimes wonder if I'm not eating enough. I rarely go over 900 calories. I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough? I don't wanna try those protein shakes ( I like food too much!! lol!) But I might have too! Have a great week everyone!!! HW 238 DOS 225 LW 139 Today 138 Down one lb. I guess that's better than last week when I didn't lose anything huh?

Once I have stalled for like 3 weeks with NO loss, went to my doctor and said "what the hec?" He told me I wasnt eating enough and not OFTEN enough to keep my matabolism going. So i upted and havent stalled since. Try it, it is a weird thing. I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day... like every 3 hours. Somedays I feel like I eat alot or snack when Im not really that hungry, but its keeping my body burning fat. I DONT do any extra protein shake wise or anything. I just think protein when I eat. Thanks Stace. That's exactly what my NUT said to. To up my calories a bit and to eat snacks as well. I'm so scared to gain the weight back though. I am going to give it a try tomorrow. How many calories do you get a day? DO you know?
