Down 1 lb. I'm doing the liquid thing the next couple of days, as well as trying to be more consistent with my exercise this week. Hoping to get the scale to move a little more this week. I'm both envious and motivated by all of you who've made the century club!

2 pounds up ! I do not know what the hey is goin on but I have been in the 160's since mid june! I started the liquid protein diet thingy today and I am gonna try and do the gym all week so I hope that helps ...

I'm late, I'm late...for an very important date...Late checking in again..as usual. Had a good week now that the red tide has gone out for another month! We kept very busy this weekend...but it seemed like nothing important got accomplished. That drives me nuts...I like to see tangible results!! Anyway...still doing fab as usual, Stephanie...great loss! This week I get to join you:

So, I ate more this week...maybe that helped? At least I wasn't as hungry! I tried really hard to eat like a "normal" person and not worry about every calorie and morsel that went into my mouth. Seems to have helped...that and my cycle ending. I actually weighed in at 165 last night before bed, but it seems to have crept up from it being so warm here...I tend to swell when it's warm at night. Anyway, have a wonderful week all of you January lovelies!!

Everyone is doing so good! I sometimes wonder if I'm not eating enough. I rarely go over 900 calories. I'm wondering if I'm not eating enough? I don't wanna try those protein shakes ( I like food too much!! lol!) But I might have too! Have a great week everyone!!!

Down one lb. I guess that's better than last week when I didn't lose anything huh?
Once I have stalled for like 3 weeks with NO loss, went to my doctor and said "what the hec?" He told me I wasnt eating enough and not OFTEN enough to keep my matabolism going. So i upted and havent stalled since. Try it, it is a weird thing. I eat 3 meals and 3 snacks a day... like every 3 hours.
Somedays I feel like I eat alot or snack when Im not really that hungry, but its keeping my body burning fat. I DONT do any extra protein shake wise or anything. I just think protein when I eat.
