Good Morning! Here are my stats: SW:272 LW:195 CW:193 I lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks (I was away last week and didn't weigh in) - 79lbs...total. Stephanie, you rock! You have some will power. Good for you. I'm trying to be stricter but I actually had a piece of a muffin (first time post-surgery) last week. I know it was a bad choice but I had such a hankering I figured I'd just get it out of my system. It's still in my frig...now i just need to throw it out. Have a great week everyone! Beth

Thanks Beth!! Did you have any trouble eating the muffin? Or did you just get full quick? I agree with you though..if you are craving something I think you should get it out of your system. And I believe its ok to have things like that as long as we do so in moderation.

Stephanie, i only ate a small piece of the muffin (actually just part of the top) - I couldn't eat the whole thing... Luckily. Do you find you are hungrier lately...? I am... My appetite and wanting to snack is definitely back (boo hoo)

YES!! ABSOLUTELY!! And some days I feel as if I can eat everything I see...Thankfully I can't. I try not to snack between my meals but this cuases me to have retarded meals because I want to eat what I am craving....and it does not always match. It is weird having to deal with hunger after having six months hunger free. And I am so tired of drinking water..but I try to keep it up... And the top of the muffin could not have been too bad...on my birthday I ate fried rice...and think that is ok as long as I don't make it a habit of doing it all the time. I set up splurge dates for my self where I will eat the not so good carbs, because I don't want to feel totally deprived. So my next carb splurge will be at Thanksgiving because I want some cornbread and I am having some!! But until then, I am going to try my best to stay away from breads rice pasta and potatoes and such.

I am definatly going through the same thing. Some days I wanna eat constantly. Its scary!! And I get really hungry every couple of hours. I didnt lose a single pound this week either...so Im freakin out!! Mary

Hi Stephanie and January gang - Wow - another great week Steph..... I have to agree upping the protein really works. My #'s : Hw - 311 SW - 295 LW - 201 Cw - 199 Down another 2...... that makes 112 all together and I'm finally under 200 and officially in Onderland. I don't think I've been under 200 since my wedding 17 years ago. I finally bought new jeans - size 14 from old navy.... who would ever have thought!! I also started raiding my daughter's closet because all my t- shirts are way to big. i have 39 pound to goal.... I feel so good w/ the weight loss that I've had, that at this moment if I only lose 10 more pounds I'll still be on cloud nine. Hope everyone has another great week - Marta

WOW!! Congrats on making it to onederland!! I raid my daughters closet too now!! Isn't it cool?? I guess I cant get made when she returns the favor and gets my things!! lol

Thanks Holly. I did do the shakes last week. I think I will do them again for the next two weeks, cuase I would like to reach onderland by Labor Day.
