Need help to update profile etc.

Good Morning, I have a diet ticker from tickerfactory.com but when I copy and paste in a message, it just shows the code not the actual ticker. What am I doing wrong? Thanks, Mary HW- 268 SW-255 CW-160 GW-130

You have to just highlight and copy the actual ticker, not the code. Then every time you click on the ticker it will take you to the page to update. Just click on the back button a few times to get back to your profile and it will still have your updated data. This is what I did. Because using the code didn't work properly. Good luck! Lindy

Sounds like you're copying the html code and pasting it. Instead, click the left mouse button and hold it down while you highlight the ticker itself, then click the right mouse button and select Copy. Then go to your profile and press Control, v, and that should paste your ticker there. It takes longer than you might expect for it to actually show up, so give it a minute. I hope that helps.
