Great job this week, Christine...4 pounds is something to be proud of!! Truthfully...I am a wee bit jealous on this end! lol. Did you do something different than usual...or was it "just a good week"? I don't seem to have those kinds of whopping numbers anymore . As long as it keeps coming off, right?

I have just been doing what i normally do lol.... I do incorporate carbs into my diet... although it is limited, get my water in and protein! I have realized since the summer that the weight has been sliding off alot easier... i think its due my job and working with over 200 children .... lol.... keeps me going all day long .....and i guess i dont deprive myself... if i want something.... then ill have a taste... it cures the cravings and my want for it goes away!

Howdy all, finally some movement in the scale. I got my first fill last monday, and was on a liquid diet for 2 days, then i moved onto soft and semi regular. Here are the results HW 290 SW 284 LW 231 CW 225 Lost 6lbs. Yay, Im in another pound decade!

Hello everyone, I am a little bit late, was off work yesterday and didn't post. HW 280's PRE OP 267.9 LW 167 CW 164 -3 pounds this week. Due to my braces being on, it is tough eating anything other than shakes, oatmeal and stuff like that. Total weight loss of 103 pounds!
