Hi Gang! Well it's been a weird week for me too. I went up 2 lbs. then back down 2 lbs. So for the week--I stayed the same. HW: 265 lbs. SW: 252 lbs. LW: 179 lbs. CW: 179 lbs. Only 4 lbs. away from my last "mini-goal" of 175 lbs. Then only 25 lbs. left to goal! I still wish I had a clear handle on what makes the scale go down. As I've said before, it doesn't seem to be particularly linked to food and exercise. It just seems to have a mind of its own! Let's keep plugging away though. Jen

Jennifer - I totally agree. When I loss 2 lbs the weekend before last I had eaten a little more than usual and didn't exercise. Go figure. If anyone has a formula, I wanna know. lol!

Good morning January Lovelies...not a blockbuster week here...so I guess we're all in the same boat this week! I did have a loss in spite of riding the crimson tide....but I worked my tail off all week just to get what little loss I did. So, here are the numbers: Surgery/high: 251.5 Last Monday: 170.6 Today: 169.2 Loss this week: 1.4 Total loss: 82.3 BMI: 27.3 I have started wearing a pedometer to track my steps each day...10,000 is the daily goal. One day this week I actually came within a couple of hundred steps from 12,000. Anyway, between that, using the treadmill every other day for 40 minutes, light weights for the arms and squats w/weights for the rump and thighs, excessive amounts of yard work and digging, plus the normal activities of running a household of 5...you would think that I would have been losing more! Ughh...I am frustrated and tired and it's only Monday! Next week must be better for us all!! And, I'm calling in the to help! lol Have a great day everyone. ~Suz

Suz - I totally hear ya! I would be thrilled with any weight loss, I don't like not losing or worse gaining!!!!!Next week has to be better for a bunch of us. I am totally on the go most days and honestly work out everyday and am eating less than 1000 calories. How is it possible NOT to lose anything? We need that fairy dust for sure!! But congrats on your pound and 4 oz loss!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone!! Another great week for me....I'm looking in the face of the 180's as I near my 7 months this week. Have a great week. Stacy highest weight 304 day of surgery 291 last week 193.8 this week 191.4 lbs lost this week 2.4 total lbs lost 112.6 lbs left to goal-41.4 (Goal is 150)

Janie, You are lookin hotter and hotter these days!!! My hubby will not be back home until at least the middle of January (he's part of the 15 month extension)...so right around my one year surgiversary...I should easily be at goal by then...I hope he is eatin his wheaties cause he won't be able to keep up with me by then!! haha Stacy

Awww thanks Stacy, you're so sweet. OMG I can't believe you have to wait that long to see your dh. You'll be at goal for sure and looking great!! You already look great btw!!!!!!
