I am so excited, I dipped into the 140's! Highest Weight 232 lbs Day of Surgery 228 lbs Last Week 153 This week 149.6 I lost 3.4 lbs for the week Total loss - 82.4 I did start having the liquid smoothie's for breakfast a few days, so perhaps that helped. I also realize that I had been clogged up, so I took some Milk of Magnesia to assist with this problem. I am starting Stephanie's liquid diet today. We are doing it together for 4 days. I am hoping to get at least another 5 lbs off this week. Then I want to do it again in September. I just hope to be @ 140 before heading off on a business trip in September to NJ, because that will put my BMI in the NORMAL range! Even though my personal goal is 132. I am so excited to only be 17.6 lbs from goal! Also, I tried on a size 7 dress that I wore back in 1998/1999 time period and it looked really cute on me! I still need something to tighten up my bulging belly, then I will feel comfortable wearing it. I am going to try to increase the crunches to 200 a workout. Well, I hope everyone has a good week! Lindy BTW - Stephanie - Did you have coffee at all with your diet? I was just wandering/thinking how I am going to make it through the mornings without my wakeup drink!

Hey Lindy!! I have to confess I did not start the liquids this morning. was running late and couldnt find part of my portable blender, I thougth it was at my desk still and I was going to mix things up at work, but I did not find it here either. So I had to eat solids(yes I was forced to eat them) lol But I will be on with you tomorrow the rest of the week. I really think the increased protein from the yogurt smoothie with protein powder mixed in helps us kick our loss up a notch!! Way to go on your 3.4 pound loss! I don't drink coffe but I don't see anything wrong with having while you are doing your liquids. I read where a lot of ppl also mix protein in their coffee for extra. i know you will be to your 140 goal by the time you take your trip in September! Let us know when you get there! And you do 200 situps??? : WOWSERS!! I am so ab lazy!! I just started to focus on those this weekend and I am in pain pain pain..it hurts to laugh...lol And one last congratulations on being less than 20 lbs from your goal!! Any plans to do anything special to celebrate reaching your goal?? Steph
