Monday Morning Weigh In
I had zero intentions of posting today- I just came to read- but after reading Steph's and everyone else's post I will share too. I believe it also helps with accountability!!!
HW- 250
SW- 241
LW- 149 (which was a 2 pound gain)
TW- 153
So- I've gained 6 pounds in the last 2 weeks.
Perhaps next week's post will be a HUGE loss!!!

I'm so glad that you posted anyway, Holly. I know that you must feel a bit frustrated and defeated right now...but it's just one week out of hundreds!! Try to take a closer look at what's going on in your life food and exercise-wise....see if there is something that could use a little tweaking here and there. You (we) are bound to have slowdowns and even slight gains this close to goal and 100 lost. Keep up the good work...keep posting...keep yourself accountable....and we'll get there together!!!
