Girl....all I can say is you are waisting away in melting land! Way to go! You are keeping those of us above you on an motivational high...gotta keep up with it!
I think my "153" was your 159. So, I hope this next week to start lowering the scales. I am going to try Stephanie's liquid protein shake diet early next week...I gotta get a kick start. I made one this morning and it was quite delicious, if I must say so. I never could get them made to the right consistency before. What's great is it doesn't have all of the foamy crud like mine did.
Well...keep it up, you are going to be at goal in no time!!

Loss for the week - BIG FAT ZERO on the scale, however I am fitting into Size 8/10's in pants.
I started working out an hour a day. I saw my surgeon at our support group meeting this week and he thought I looked great. I told him that I was having a stall this week and he advised not to worry, starting a workout plan will do that. So, I am not fretting it too hard. I am trying to up the protein a bit too. I am still extremely sore...but I am on the treadmill for an hour long and then some light weight lifting for toning.
