Monday Morning Weigh Ins
Good Morning all! Hope you had wonderful weeks! Here are my stats for this week:

That would be a loss of 9.2 pounds!! Wowsers!! The thing that I did differently last week was that from Sunday to Wednesday, I did liquids only. I only drank yogurt smoothies with protein powder mixed in for breakfast, lunch and dinner. This was because I wanted to make sure I hit the 100 pounds loss mark when I got to my six month check up on Thursday and it worked! See you all next week!
You know Margaret... I was not even hungry when the four days that I did liquids only..the protein that was mixed into the shakes really satisfied me. I was surprised too. Let me know if you try it how it goes for you. I think I may incorporate this into my journey by doing it once a month. It cant hurt is the way I see it and I get my protein in for sure on those days. I had my protein levels checked again at my 6 month check up and they are still low..so I am going to have to force my self to get those protein drinks in..ugh...I usually do one a day and that is about all I can take..but I guess I am going to have to increase it three so my levels will be normal.
