6 Month Check up
Hey Monica: I buy the yogurt smoothies from Walmart...Either the blue bunny ones or the dannon carb control ones. They are seven oz bottles and have about 4 carbs and 5 grams of sugar and 60-70 calories each. Take one of those, mix with a scoop of whey protein vanilla powder in a blender and drink one for breakfast, lunch and dinner. It really kept me satisfied and I was not hungry at all. I have tried the peach, mixed berry, and strawberry flavors. They are all good...at least they were...I was so tired of them by the end of my 4th day! lol Hope you like them while back on your liquids.
