Greek Chicken with Potatoes & Feta

In a medium or large Ziploc Brand Zip n' Steam bag combine: 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts halves cut into bite-size pieces 3 small potates quartered and thinly sliced (about 1 cup) 1/2 cup (3 ozs) crumbled feta cheese 1/4 Kalmata olives pitted and roughly chopped 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon olive oil 3/4 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon black pepper Seal bag and shake gently to combine ingredients. Pat ingredients into single layer. Place bag in microwave. Cook on full power 7-7 1/1 minutes (Medium bag) or 6-6 1/2 minutes (Large bag****il chicken is cook through, with no trace of pink. If needed, continue microwaving at 30 second intervals until chicken is done. Allow bag to stand 1 minute before handling. Gently shake bag to distribute seasonings. Carefully open bag. Garnish with additional 1/4 cup (1 oz) crumbled feta and 1 Tablespoon chopped fresh oregano, if desired. Serve with pita chips
