Monday Morning Weight In's
I wanna know what you did to loose 7 lbs this last week. I need to have some of whatever it is, whether it be working out more, different food plan, etc. Awesome Job!!! Keep up the great work. I would love to be at 146 by next week, which is 7 lbs from where I am at 153.

I might have to try that. The leader of our Weight Loss support group ended up getting severe kidney stones from doing the Plateau buster diet. Her doctor told her that noone should ever do that, that it could seriously harm them. He said that our bodies are not built to tolerate that much protein. She has been on three antibiotics and still has too much protein in her urine. I think she might have just gone overboard, but i am not sure. She was drinking loads of water though.
Thanks for letting us know what you did. I just started working out again, so maybe that and getting my protein drinks in again, I can bust this weight into the 140's.

Good afternoon all of you January Lovelies...you, too, Richard! I am super late today...but it's my 36th Birthday today ...so I get to do what I want ! It is also my official 6 month mark. I made my goal of 80 pounds lost by my 6 month mark...made it by .2 pounds in fact! So, I stand at 80% of my excess weight lost. Yeah for me!!! The loss was better last week, but I had a loss this week anyway so I can't complain!
High/surgery: 251.5
Last Monday: 172.8
Today: 171.3
Loss this week: 1.5
Total loss: 80.2
BMI: 27.6
