Could I possibly lose any slower????? This was a rough week. I wound up having to go see my surgeon because a pill got stuck and I had trouble swallowing and pain in my pouch when I swallowed. Much better now. Still fighting the effects of the steriods for my RA. I stopped them, and I told my surgeon I wont take any more. HW 299 SW 288 LW 231 TW 229 -2 70 lbs total

Holly and Janie- You both look AWESOME in your new pictures. SO, how does it feel to be skinny? You are both so close to your goal weights, have you thought about how you STOP losing weight? I still have almost 50 pounds to go, but the thought enters my mind occassionally! Suzzanne- CONGRATS on the size 12's! I know what you mean about the tummy. Mine is sooooooo gross! I cannot wait for my PS.

Bella- Thanks so much for the compliment!! I have NEVER wondered or even considered if it will be a problem stopping the weight loss- I fight for every pound lost!!! On the other hand weight regain enters my head multiple times a day. I have always been a big yo-yo dieter and I HAVE to make these changes permanent this time. I had 2 months max of not wanting to eat and then it returned with a vengeance and I really struggle with my choices and amounts of food now. I wish I was one of the ones that had to put a halt to their loss- but unfortunately I'm not. Don't get me wrong- I am extremely greatful for where I am and for this surgery. My life has been significantly changed!!! The fact that I can eat the way I do currently and not gain is just amazing to me!!! Now my goal is to learn to make time for my exercise everyday and I think that will help me tons!!! Thanks- Holly

Wow Jennifer: I can imagine getting a pill stuck in your pouch would be extra scary!! Glad it all worked out for you and I hope the pain goes away soon!! And as far as stopping your steriods....will you not be in too much pain? Is there something else they can treat you with?? Keep us posted! ((Hugs))

My 1st time posting on this forum so here goes: SW and HW: 354 (I might have been heavier than this at 9 months pregnant with my last child in March 2006 but that scale only went to 350) LW: 245.6 CW : 243.2 My ultimate goal weight is 143 which is what will make my BMI in the healthy and no longer overweight range. I can't imagine getting there but I'll try my darndest! So I will say I'm 100 pounds away from my goal weight.
