I hear you Kerry!! You are only 2 pounds away from onderland and 1 pound away from the century club...so you have good reasons to be excited!!

Good afternoon everyone!!! HW- 250 SW- 241 LW- 152 TW- 149 BMI-24 101 pounds from highest/ 92 pounds from surgery WOW_ I thank God for my surgery and just the fact that I go out and do stuff all the time now instead of hiding in my house eating more and more. I just feel soooo much better!!! How far away from goal weight? I'd like to lose atleast 8 more pounds, maybe 15, 20 would be fabulous!!! I guess only time will tell. I eat anything and almost everything so I'm not sure what's realistic. There's a pic from about 3 weeks ago on my profile- I have no makeup on which tells you how desperate I was to put a new one up!! Hope everyone has a great week!!! Holly

Janie- I'm not at goal yet...and I've been eating like a cow- I think that's why I've been losing so slowly lately. BUT- I'm not gaining so that's great!!! I could definately live with the amount and kind of food I've been eating lately... It's so hard- I still feel huge. I certainly would never call myself thin- but when I compare myself to before- then I see the difference. I am embarrassed to say- but I get anywhere from 1200-1800 calories per day. I average right at 1400. I exercise 3-4 x's per week and try to stay active with the triplets. I know if I want to hit my goal of another 10-20 pounds I will have to lower my intake. I look at some of the women post-op and they look fabulous- I mean- really thin. I guess it will all boil down to how hard I want to work for it and what my body is like individually. Some women look better with a little meat on their bones- kinda curvy. I just have no idea what I'll be like- other than I'm definately still not there!!! Thanks for the compliment- Holly

First off Holly, you are not eating like a cow. lol! Think about before surgery, 1400 - 1800 calories would have been on a diet! It's encouraging to know I bet that you can eat that many calories (not that that's a ton) and not gain and continue to lose slowly!!!

You're right- that would have been a diet for me!!! Thanks for changing my perspective!!! Holly
