Craving fruit
I love fruit! I find that I don't really get full on it. I practically live on it. I eat bananas, nectarines (soft), peaches, cherries, tons of watermelon, some melon, apples although with apples it's just a few bites. My friend makes this low carb low cal fruit salsa with cinnamon/splenda baked chips and it is so yummy!!! I love it!
I think we are probably craving fruit because it's also the summer. Something about summer, the heat mostly, makes fruit even more enjoyable and refreshing.
