Getting to know you!
- I've lost 98 from my highest and 89 from surgery.
- I think I lost pretty quickly in the 2nd and 3rd months. I only lost 2 pounds last month- but I know why- too much food and not enough exercise- so I certainly can't blame anyone but myself.
- Top 5 foods are lunch meat, cheese, tuna, nectarines and South Beach pizza.
- I love my surgery- but am worried I can eat too much at a sitting. I occasionally wonder about the DS.
- I'm not embarrassed to interact socially. I can exercise without hurting my knees. I can wear all kinds of shoes now.
- I'm not getting in all my vitamins- I'm better with the protein.
- Transfer addictions- I would LOVE a cigarette- but can't cuz my husband would start-up again. I have a glass of wine once a week. I definately shop more than I used to... but most of all I am still struggling with my food addiction.
- I would like to lose another 15-20 pounds and be considering plastic surgery.
- My worst fears are weight gain- I am scared to death!!!
- I am a SAHM to 4 year old triplets- 2 boys and a girl, and to 16 and 18 yr old step-daughters. We are planning a huge extended family vacation for Christmas this year. I attend Bible Study on Tuesday every week and my triplets will start preschool in the fall.
